The Meet Your Customers signage was developed to foster greater awareness, among the global company staff, of the four main types of Snap-on customers and the market segments they represent. We identified real-world examples of the four customer types and photographed them in their work environment. This photography became the most important design element in these life-size display panels mounted in the lobbies of Snap-on's global offices.
